TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payment Method: CASH/CASH MOBILE APPS ONLY for pick up items, no checks accepted. For items shipped, CREDIT CARD accepted.

  • All items sold from Nora's Home Treasures shop are "as is". ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • All item(s) sold in Nora's Home Treasures shop are gently used.

  • Description of item(s) will be detailed as accurately as possible (with dimensions, color, and flaws - if any).

  • You are welcome and encouraged to inspect the item(s) you're interested in at the agreed date/time, and thereafter accept or decline the purchasing of the item(s). This includes items with electrical plugs e.g. lamps, computer, etc.

  • Item(s) reserved for inspection/pick-up will become available to other customers: (1) If you fail to show up to the agreed date/time, (2) If you decided to not purchase the item(s) when you inspected the item(s), but you changed your mind later. If the item(s) you once declined is still available for purchasing in the shop, you may set another appointment to pick-up and pay.

  • If you cancelled a pick-up appointment once, you will need to make a deposit that will go towards the total amount of the purchase of the item(s), in order to hold your item(s).

  • Address to our location will be provided when the date and time for pick-up is set.

Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Item(s) sold from Nora's Home Treasures shop are non refundable or exchangeable if picked up or have been delivered/received in working conditions.

  • Description of item(s) will be detailed as accurately as possible (with dimensions, color, and flaws - if any).

  • Pick Up Items: You are welcome and encouraged to inspect the item(s) you're interested in upon your arrival, at your agreed date/time, and thereafter accept or decline the purchasing of the item(s). This includes items with electrical plugs e.g. lamps. SHIPPING: All electrical home goods will be thoroughly inspected before shipping. If for some reason item is not working, return shipment will be required and full refund will be provided and after item has been received on our end. If an item (glass or ceramic) arrives broken during shipment, full refund will be given.

  • Payment Method: CASH and VENMO/CASH-APP (for pick up items only) and CREDIT CARD (for items shipped only) accepted. 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy
  • Items shipped from Florida

  • Shipping is only available within United States, except Alaska and Hawaii.

  • All items will be prepared for shipping within 2 business days, from the date that it was paid for.

  • Items will be shipped via-USPS, and once shipped, it will arrive within 5-7 business days.

  • If you have purchased multiple items, I will package them in same shipment (if they fit in one).

  • Flat rate for all items shipped will be $8.50.

  • An email with tracking information will be emailed once item(s) shipped.
